  Hi I have been going to the doctors surgery for more than 40 years and it gets better every year! The nurse's are top class and all the doctors are first class!! The practice has most of the new equipment at hand it's to me a first class surgery or 5 star doctors!!!

  I've lived in Quinton (about 5 mins walk from the surgery) for 6 years but I've only in the last 6 months registered with this practice as I generally don't need to go and was too lazy to move over from my last place on the other side of Brum! The service so far has been excellent, phoned at 8.30am and got appointments on the day if I've needed them or scheduled for a more convenient time. The receptionists are very friendly and both doctors and the one nurse I've met so far have been amongst the most friendly and attentive I've met and they've laughed along with my self deprecating jokes (I've injured myself doing exercise quite a bit over the last year so it makes for amusing stories). I highly recommend this GP surgery.

  Getting an appointment over the phone is incredibly difficult and if you call after 9am is impossible to get any appointment . Even if you call at 8,30 am and you are lucky enought to get your call answered all the appointments may be gone. I have been registered in other practices before and I have never seen anything this bad.
